Spring is now in full swing. With it, mother nature is dealing out bad
weather across the US. I would advise
consumers to be aware of whom they are dealing with. Many people with an entrepreneurial spirit
will be looking to start businesses up with little more than a ladder and a
tape measure. While I do admire this
spirit, most of them lack the experience and knowledge to do this
successfully. Roofing is not an industry
that one should get into without prior experience. Current legislation in most states is
somewhat lax, especially Texas, considering roofing work is widely known as the
most difficult and dangerous work to perform on a home or business.
According to the BBB 80% of new
businesses will fail within the first 5 years.
Conclusion: There are many great companies
around to do business with that have a business plan, are service oriented and
have stood the test of time. I would
urge consumers to seek out companies that have an office, insurance, employees,
and have been in business greater than five years or see us at www.guardianexteriors.com.
Well put fine sir!
